Despite having recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's, psychologist Joe O'Loughlin is called in to help The Police when the body of a young woman is found in a shallow grave.
I thought this was a fantastic first episode, I don't know what's to come, but this had me gripped and captivated. The opening scenes were definitely edge of the seat viewing, and the rest of it was intriguing and fast paced.
Hopefully the rest of the series carries on at the same high standard. I come away from this with a lot of questions, about Bobby, about Joe, and others.
Aidan Turner is fantastic here, he's brilliant as Joe, Turner with a beard, that's an even bigger plus.
Bronagh Waugh doesn't seem to be giving anyone else a chance, she's prolific at the moment, a very familiar face on the box.
9/10.
