This fan-film is loosely based on the 2015 Mad Max game:
Roaming the wastelands Max rescues a woman from the hands of several crazy violent criminals. Bringing her back to her colony, he is tasked with finding and freeing her daughter, as well as to kill the head of the colony's biggest threat, in exchange for gazoline.
This film is surprisingly well made for a fan film, especially the sound is excellent. Cars, ruins and other aspects of the wastelands are greatly visualized, giving the movie experience a remarkable authenticity. The story telling is good as well, and, yes, it's a story about Mad Max, and not a side character.
Acting is sometimes mediocre, but this is a fan film. Yet, altogether, and surprisingly, a must-see for all Mad Max fans!
