the poor production impaired a great potential

Lockdown was a beautiful story that made us smile. Overall, the poor production impaired a great potential

DELICIOUS

-So many fascinating characters on board: a groom-to-be, a lady on the way to her job interview, a man about to collect his lottery prize, etc.

We actually felt locked down with them due to the restricted space and movements. Their various personalities made the story intriguing as we wanted to know more about each one of them

-Special recognition to Josh Alfred😁 the guy was untamable! We cannot forget Dima Okojie, Bambam, Ben Touitou, etc

-The costume design was very elegant from the wedding party to the people in the hospital

-Though the hospital seemed at first like a prison, it turned out to be a place of reflection and penitence, where the characters examined themselves and opted to steer their destiny in a different direction

BLAND

-It's so lamentable when the production doesn't do justice to a good script 😢 The color grading didn't reflect a thrilling atmosphere to the point that some faces could not even be seen, and the audio was quite poor

-Few inconsistencies were spotted, e.g. Dr. Njoku didn't wear the proper personnel protective equipment when coming into contact with the infected patient and people at the reception

-Good acting wasn't consistent across characters. Tony Umez and Omotola Ekeinde kept the same plain expression throughout the movie 😖

Rather stare at a wall for a few hours

Dragged on so long, 0 gore unless you count a little bit of blood as "gore". Extremely repetitive and all the characters do is scream consistently at each other over nothing.

Literal lockdown

It's a literal lockdown trying to watch this movie! Honestly, it's slower than a turtle getting to its final destination. I gave it too long of a chance, but after 30 minutes of not getting anywhere, it was turned off.

Good Things Come To Those Who Wait

Docudrama loosely based upon a true story of how Nigeria prevented Ebola virus from spreading by patient zero. This should be required viewing for all antivaxxers and naysayers about the COVID virus. A cautionary tale about ways mob mentality can take over, when science is disregarded, or when good health loses to other priorities. All of society really wins when reason prevails.
