The serial gets underway in true Durbridge style, the smallest occurrences combine to form an almost water tight prosecution case for poor David Walker, who seems guilty for picking up and strangling a young woman.
Naturally Durbridge spins a complex web of intrigue and mystery, so much more going on then you think possible. A great set of characters, it's well acted, especially by the enigmatic Peter Barkworth.
