In the tv-crime "Falsches Leben" of the famous "Tatort" series, investigators have to solve the case of a youth centre, that burned down and led to the death of a young man. As they do their work, they soon realize that quite a few people could be suspicious.
I like the overall scenario, including the somewhat mysterious hints and the confusion this symbolism creates. Unfortunately, over the time the film develops into a typical German crime movie, where mysteries tend to have rather boring and burgeois explanations. It is still a solid movie, but sometimes it can be annoying to see how producers always try to find some rational explanation rather than going for a better atmosphere. On top of that the broken love between the investigators is as much a stereotype as it could possibly be.
All in all this is without question a solid movie. It keeps you entertained, delivers a rather plausible case and tries to present a topic from different angles. It is just a bit too affraid to go big.
