Just one remark
phoenixnl-166474 August 2022
It's an ok episode, not very realistic but ok. It's also not very original, but then again what type of story hasn't already been don in formulaic crime/police series.

I have just one other remark for this episode: "Oh my GOD, they (nearly) killed Kenny!" XD.

Not very realistic, but I like watching

Warning: Spoilers
There are over 400 murders in NYC a year, in this episode a young woman is shot, the FBI is dealing with this single murder with nearly the entire department, working a the case with all agents and analysts, not very realistic as this would be a NYPD matter. However I like the series.

Very entertaining premiere!

I'm so glad the show is back! I've missed this cast and last season was such a good showing. Tonight's opener is just what I needed: part action and part suspense and with the right pairing of intensity.

O. A. Delivers emotionally and I am here for it. Looking forward to all this season has to offer.

Solid Start

Once again, FBI manages to be just as entertaining as before. It was a fun and exhilarating start not only to the season, but the 3-part season premiere of all FBI shows. There's nothing much to say. It's a interesting episode that cleverly starts the 3 -parter.

Nice Start, Too bad "Most Wanted" Was Involved

Warning: Spoilers
Great start to the "FBI" season. Nice storyline and suspense. My only gripe is they had to do a special "FBI Family" (#FBIFAM) special. Definitely would give this episode a 9 or a 10 if "Most Wanted" wasn't involved. Not a fan of that show. Julian McMahon just doesn't do it for me. His line delivery, the awkward way he stands and rants, not a fan. Fell asleep during the "FBI" to "Most Wanted" transition. Hope there are less of these type episodes. CBS is still trying to build a drama empire that will be missing once all the NCIS shows are gone. A new CSI is already coming out. As far as "FBI", it's been uneven since season one ended. James Chen is off the show for good I guess. CBS doesn't realize his importance to the show. Taylor Anthony Miller is still a horrible replacement. Nepotism, what are you going to do? The in office interaction and chemistry is lacking. Sela Ward left on her own terms and the show has never been the same since. I hope most of what I saw on just the "FBI" portion of last night's episode is a sign of what's to come.

Good start for the big crossover
Saving2122 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This was the first episode from the big FBI crossover event. And it was superb, probably the best episode out of the three . The presentation of the story and the way it evolved, linking it to other characters from the FBI verse was done well ,there was no weak scene, everything was on point and high tense . The highlight for me was from the prospective OA's how guilty he felt that he could have done something else and how he felt this was his mission to solve, mission that he leads all through the entire three episodes. Zeeko Zaki Gave outstanding performance this episode and the rest of this arch ,no wonder they chose him to lead the story.

SO good! (with one little exception...)
lynne-2755628 September 2021
Felt like top quality all round, to me. Loved the filming - thought the night scenes were awesome - so were the chases. I felt lots of connection between the characters - and in the scene where Sophie is being interviewed I thought the quick, unspoken communication betweeen the 3 people was an amazing, great touch.

Lots to admire throughout this one - 10+ stars, if they hadn't brought in Julian McMahon.

Oh dear
tezzahols22 September 2021
Maybe they should actually get someone that knows police work to write the script, hahaha, to actually approach a burning car with guns drawn, lol, what did they expect a person sitting in a burning car to jump out and shoot them, there is still an underlining theme of hatred to males in the show, as it shows when Stu is talking to a suspect and gets upset with him because he dates younger women, is Stu jealous cause he' can't get a decent woman, let the men write the script and make it more believable.

No Idea
AdollAdishAbone17 October 2023
I can give it only a 5 because I have no idea how it plays out. They run part one of a three part crossover on ION and they just play next episode in FBI season, you have no way of knowing it's even a crossover unless you go to IMDB because the ending is totally baffling since you're left hanging. Either pull it from schedule rotation or follow it up with actual Part Two and then Part Three, good grief, it cannot be that difficult. ION does the same thing with every crossover, do they have a monkey pushing buttons at a control board? Or is a real person just blindly going through the motions? Come on, it is 2023, get your act together!
