Teaching a lesson

A better final episode with an obligatory twist in the tale.

Finally some drive in Hollington Drive but really it is too little too late.

The affair was always going to have something to do with the story.

At the end of it, I still didn't care for the characters, stuck up middle classes while what the viewer really needs is some good honest working class folks to wear their heart in their sleeves.

It could have been so much better.

At least there probably won't be a series 2.

Painful revelations, a very strong final episode.

Theresa keeps on pushing, and gets close to the truth, but will her digging land her in trouble?

Parents will go to extraordinary lengths to keep their children safe.....

The improvement continues, I said it previously, I think the series was somewhat damaged by a poor opening episode, however it concludes on a high. Each passing episode has seen an improvement in quality.

Credit to all actors, the standard has been so high, they've delivered on their given material. This final part was tense and dramatic, a very high standard.

The only issue for me, has been that most of the characters are hard to like.

I loved the way we learned about what happened to Alex, a real unexpected, and shocking twist, I didn't see that solution coming.

What a difference from Part one.

Really did enjoy this, 8/10.
