- Throughout the series, the host and an accompanying adolescent doctor tour different British middle schools and use live full nude models to educate the students on sex education. Males and females from early puberty up through adulthood are shown fully nude. Closeups of all body parts are shown, including the penis and vulva. Foreskins are retracted and labia are spread to show the full anatomy. In one episode the anus's of different men and women are shown.
- A female doctor is shown examining male genitals during a checkup. First she inspects the penis and testicles for lumps or bumps by hand. Then she retracts the foreskin and checks the glans for any discoloration. Afterward she uses a swab to check the male genitals for STD's. She proceeds to insert the swab deep into the male's urethra to get a sample, then withdrawing it and placing the swab inside a tube.
