"I want you to know I really appreciate this opportunity"

Warning: Spoilers
Well, the "Harold's really going, it's for good this time" Z-plot continues to be one of the least important things in the show. And there's very little of Cassandra thankfully.Instead the focus is on the absent-for-too-long Zeke, nicely sharing screen time with the other teens even though their friendships seem to be in tatters.Donna is in full-on babbling mode and Zeke's finding it irritating, much like the teens did when they first met her.Ringo is finding it hard to forgive Zeke for things he doesn't know about(is he still living in a shed somewhere, by the way?)but defending Donna seems to strengthen the bond between them.Donna's "Help" to him when Elle confronts them is a cute moment.Of course, it's all leading up to the meeting between Zeke and Phil, which manages to be quite emotional as they both realise what Phil's done and come to an understanding.

Elsewhere, Bridget's reunion with her birth mother continues to be awkward and by the end of the episode Miranda's selfish insecurities have blown the whole thing apart.Joanna becomes the first person brave enough to say that Bridget and Declan being parents is a really bad idea.Steve's quietly supportive presence is nicely done and it's good that Riley hasn't been forgotten, even if the age difference between him and Bridget has.
