Nice to see writers back to tracking down bad guys and eliminating nonsense and fluff. Let's hope they're back on track. The scene having Sam dislocate Joelle's shoulder to get her out of an explosive vest was vintage NCIS LA. Bravo.

A lot of excitement in this episode. I definitely have my reservations about the logisitics of everything and whether or not the whole premise behind this actually made any sense, but nevertheless this was a fun episode that featured bombs, shoulder dislocation and absolute chaos.
The show can still deliver crazy episodes like this when it wants to. They do it better than their parent franchise NCIS, but they do not do these episodes enough and they can't seem to tell a fun and compelling story when it is not a high-stakes wild game of russian roulette, no pun intended, like what we got here tonight.

Awesome! One of the best ever.

Even with this gripping, tense plot, they managed to work in some humour (Anna's comment about Arkady) - which to me is what makes the difference between a heavy, grim hour's watching - and a great evening's entertainment.
They packed everything into this episode. Hit all the emotions, frustration, love, empathy - and great acting.
Doesn't get any better than this one!
