The people who are rating this episode low and complaining about the context are ridiculous.
This is a show about a BLACK man who was WRONGLY convicted of a crime he didn't commit and now devotes his time to helping the wrongly convicted.
How in the world do you not expect the writers to incorporate all the hell that occurred in 2020 in the show? The show was already powerful and they were, for lack of a better term, gift wrapped the storyline they need.
Don't get me wrong, I hate shows incorporating COVID into them but I get it, it's free material. But the shooting and killing of a black man by police officers was bound to be an episode or two in a show like this.
Take it for what it is, a good show with heart. I'm sorry that you voted for Trump.
