Took me by surprise!

I watched this whole series "On Demand" and in two days had the series finished. I was surprised how interesting and how much this caught my attention. All segments hold my interest from the police department inside the airport, the maintenance team, the animal control, the snow removal team. The characters are very likeable and it makes me appreciate the work they all do. It brings recognition to an airport most people know very little about and will never encounter in their life. I would love to see a second season of this.

Very entertaining

Entertaining show about interesting state and inner workings of a crucial airport. Background music is too loud in many scenes of the episodes which makes it difficult to hear the dialogue and narration.

Alaska is real America

I watch any shows based in Alaska. Heck, I've even watched "Molly of Denali" a kids educational cartoon.

Ice Airport Alaska is incredible. Instead of showing people living in wilderness we have a people who keep this Major Airport running. From maintenance guys changing runway lights in Zero Temp to people helping out an Eagles Nest.

Season 2 just started and the show Still Got It. Eventually all these shows run out of new and interesting material, but for now. Keep Rocking Ted Stevens.

Very Impressive Look at this airport

I have always been fascinated at the operations and maintenance of airports and aircraft. This series looks at the people and their jobs as they work at Ted Stevens Airport in Anchorage. This airport has many unique hazards and challenges not seen at airports in most of the United States. It takes a good look at many of the jobs these dedicated people do. The airport employees and airline employees all do an awesome job to ensure the safety of the passengers as they arrive and depart on time.

Great presentation of the challenges at the 2nd busiest cargo traffic airport in the US. Fun to watch the professionals keep things operating. One particular stand out is the "Snow Boss" - Brendon Knox.

Best series ever

Love this series. Hope we get a season 2. It's amazing how these workers have to constantly keep the runways clear of snow and ice. Planes depend on them to clear runways to prevent delays. With so much snow it's a 24 hour job. Keeping animals away from airport is also a major problem. I admire the employees at Ted Steven's airport. We need season 2.

Inaccurate facts, but a good show.

Is in season 2 episode 2, Your narrator made a false statement, saying that Alaska was the murder capital of the world because they had more firearms than anywhere else in the United States. That's a direct lie, it's not even in the top 20. Try again, please state the facts and don't be repeating. Democrat b s, which is what that is. Also, as a former retired law enforcement officers, I've noticed that some of the officers at that airport had violated constitutional rights of individuals. Maybe you should shy away from that. Because I could get those guys in trouble and yourself. For that matter, you guys need to be following the letter of the law that's called the Constitution. As you dont get to violate it or people's rights.

A genuinely fascinating program! I started watching without any idea of what to expect, and found myself immediately engrossed. The daily challenges facing this Alaskan airport were fascinating and diverse, the people interviewed were interesting and authentic, and the videography was nothing short of outstanding. Excellent series, strongly recommend!
