- A few undetailed verbal references to sexual assault.
- One of the former exorcists gets stabbed in both eyes with a crucifix with the possessed child, it was fairly brief, very graphic.
- The Father was under the clutches of the two possessed children and when the demons turned their heads, the Father's head turned too until it broke and he died, furthermore, blood was shown but it was for a brief second.
- The possessed children were often seen bloody and disgusting, with them looking extremely pale and demonic, and were also shown to have some form of green slime-ish goo on their face and were also shown to have a lot of blood on their clothings as well as their face.
- There was a scene where the possessed child, Angela was in the hospital room with Ann and her stomach was shown to have a lot of blood as she was trying to recreate something traumatic of Ann's past.
- Both possessed children, Angela and Katherine were seen to have Satanic symbols on their forehead, and multiple scratches on their body.
- Both possessed children, Angela and Katherine were seen to have their nails clipped off of their fingers and toes, it was shown for a brief second but it was graphic.
- Near the end of the movie, during the exorcism, Angela is seen spitting out lots of blood onto the ceiling, before that she was seen gagging something out of her mouth which was covered in blood.
- Angela kicks her father twice when she was possessed, Angela's father burns his hand and he is seen wearing cloth wrapped around his burnt hand, and one of the lady's has her hand burned by The Cross.

- A few uses of the F word. Angela says "b*tch" while being wheeled in to the hospital after a possession episode. The girls use the C word and "whore" during the exorcism.
- Rude remarks are often made by the demons and there are also a lot of unsettling references to abortion and some other things.
