I waited quite a while for the Temptress to come to DVD and I was not disappointed! I don't want to give away any of the story line by saying too much. However, the story is original and fresh, which goes a long way in horror films. The structure was good and the camera work was very good, everything flowed together and the plot is easy to follow. All the acting was good, some of actors were very good and the main character played by Amy Naples really stood out in my mind. A very good actress, Ms. Naples also has a presence and you when you first see she has no speaking lines, but she doesn't need to with her the look she gives. She is also a very beautiful girl and hopefully we'll see more of her in the future. Overall, the Temptress stands at the top of independent films, and shows what a lot of work and effort can do. I might also add that I am not a friend or family member of any one involved in the making of this film so have nothing to gain by this review.
I would not hesitate to buy again from this film maker. I might also add that the storyline is king for the Temptress, the film maker tries to scare you and involve you through skill and craft, not cheap sex or gore scenes.
