There is something incredibly fascinating in this short, despite appearances.
The animation is very simplistic, having a very basic CGI, and the story, at first, could be seen as something random and without very much sense. Just a very and surreal situation happening until a plot twist came.
But the way how those apparently simplistic qualities are presented are what make this short something so special and fascinating. There is something inherently mysterious about the story of this little short that made it so interesting for me, that made think about it after a very long time since I saw it.
Pretty much like most of David Lynch films, this short is open to many different interpretations, that could vary from each viewer. But there isn't a definitive answer. And that's the most beautiful thing about it.
