I am a big fan of the show but this episode had terrible editing from the beginning. Every One-Second was a cut to another scene. The constant discontinuity was what made me change the channel from this show for the first time.

Malia and Sandy couldn't have embodied all the negative stereotypes more accurately with their childish handling of the "sweetheart" ordeal.
Why on earth did she run to the captain. If you want to be a boss, BE A BOSS. Simply tell Pete it's unacceptable. Done. You don't bring that garbage to the Captain.
Then, Sandy, having no idea what was going on, takes all three male deck hands off their work to reprimand all of them. And the two that were being excellent professionals were like, WTF?
