The movie itself was okay. I was mildly entertained. What I mostly watched it for was trying to pick out various landmarks or Vermont-made products.
Plot- infantile. I don't even think a teenage boy would get much kick out of it.
Acting- atrocious. But I have seen worse.
Production- good quality. It doesn't appear amateur, at least.
My summary is if you live in Vermont you will probably watch it for the same reasons I did. The actors and characters themselves really don't lend for any real sympathy from the audience. Perhaps that was the writer's intent, but I have no way to know for sure. Honestly, I was not in the least bit riveted by the movie, but then... I saw it on Netflix so I wasn't expecting an Oscar-worthy film. I guess if you're drunk, high, or really, really tired you might enjoy this movie. It wasn't the worst I've ever seen.
