"Here begins our lasting joy"
ygwerin118 March 2021
Warning: Spoilers
School teachers Mr Chaplin and Carter continue to be united in a common cause, around the same desire of the blonde bombshell.

Trevor being single minded in his pursuit after musical excellence, combined with being blamed by his colleague for his injuries.

Trevor Chaplin's Private Eyeing involves him in, somewhat unfortunate consequences.

Around leggy blondes, junior football matches, church halls and council estates.

Including a brush with police officialdom in the person of Detective Sergeant Hobson, a very junior Sherlock Holmes.

Jill Swinburne soon has cause to regret her friendship with Trevor Chaplin, by missing out on her own enjoyment.

Which is exacerbated by refereeing a cubs football match, and defending local desperados.

That rejoice in the colourful monikers of Big Al and Little Norm, with independent council candidate as their defence attorney.

But all's well as ends well with P.I. Chaplin cracking the joint cases, of the Wrong Records and of the Exploding Hedge-trimmer.
