SMITTEN is a clever little comedy short that is a bit dark in tone. I liked it, though some might find its humor a bit morbid.
The film begins with an old lady acting giddy about running away with her boyfriend. The trouble is that she has a husband and he's got to be gotten out of the way. So this lady works on the perfect murder. The problem is that things don't go as she planned and by the end of the film there is a funny little twist that sheds a whole new light on this murder.
Well filmed, acted and directed, this one, though dark, was also quite well made and worth seeing. Just be prepared for a film where the old folks aren't so sweet and the film doesn't have the normal happy Hollywood ending.
