This episode served as a great build up to their perhaps most challenging match yet against Inarizaki High, who are one of the favorites to win the whole tournanment! A proof that they are facing a tough opponent early on!
I really enjoyed the scenes with Tanaka and the girl he has known since he was a kid! Really shows the personal struggles he is dealing with and how it is not just Volleyball going on inside his head! Shows him from a new side!
The introduction of Inarizaki on the cout was great! Everything from the horns, the fans and that legendary serve that leaves Karasuno paralyzed!
