The Abominable Uchiha

Warning: Spoilers
This episode was surprising because showed an unexpected twist in certain creature. The most unlikely character was the star here. Sasuke keeps talking about bonds, and how they are a burden to what really matters, so he only focuses on his brother. Naruto asks why he let him live on their last encounter, so Sasuke recalls the moment (overuse of flashbacks), and tells that it was just a whim, the desire to not obey Itachi by killing a friend for power. Naruto doesn't understand, while Yamato and Sakura are listening carefully, seemingly she didn't know this. Anyway, the Uchiha suddenly reaches Naruto and threatens to kill him with his sword. Everyone is surprised by his speed, but Naruto remains quiet. Sasuke says he should focus on being Hokage and stop chasing him, Naruto answers how he can be Hokage if he can't even save a friend. This line will be repeated, and simply proves Naruto's immaturity. He didn't learn the message from Jiraiya, Shikamaru, Tsunade, Hiruzen. He can't prioritize Sasuke over Konoha. This is his biggest mistake here. Anyway, just as the Uchiha attempts to slash him, Naruto blocks his left arm while Sai rushes and blocks the right arm, which holds the sword. But soon they are thrown away with a Chidori charge. Then, Sakura attempts to stop him, even if it costs her life, but Yamato intervenes. Sadly, Sasuke breaks his kunai and stabs him close to the heart. Now, anyone could think Yamato was about to die. His clone watching Kabuto disappears, but he remains alive incredibly. Another comment to make about this is Sakura's reaction. She tried to stop him with a strong hit, but he tried to stab her, like Yamato noticed. This was the first murder attempt from Sasuke to Sakura. Anyway, at least Sakura proved to be strong and mature enough to try to stop him. She's not blinded by the crush anymore. She cared about him, and would want him to be different, but she saw who he is now, the damage he made to Naruto and Sai, so she tried to defeat him. Then, as Naruto recovers, the angry red eyes from the Fox appear, and the inside him is showed, the Kyuubi wants him to break the seal and use all his power to kill his enemy. Naruto, aware of the danger for the people around him including his beloved Sakura, declines. The Kyuubi questions how he always used his chakra, and needed his power almost every step of the way, but Naruto still refuses, saying he doesn't need his power. Suddenly, Sasuke appears there, and the Kyuubi recognizes the Sharingan. He finally realizes from where it came Naruto's power (Seems that Orochimaru never explained to him), while the protagonist is surprised about his appearance. Then, comes the important part: the Fox calls the Uchiha clan cursed, and sees in Sasuke, with a more abominable chakra than his own, the living image of Madara Uchiha. The Fox is an old living being, and he knows many things. If he sees in Sasuke an abominable chakra, worst than his own, this implies that the Uchiha has turned into a more evil being. The Kyuubi also knows the Uchiha is a cursed clan, surely given all the hate and war they provoked. The fact that Sasuke is called the new Madara is definitive to consider him as a villain, and not as an antihero. Thanks to the power of the Sharingan, Sasuke can control some of the Kyuubi, and supress part of his power, the image of his bubbles vanishes. But the Fox is still there and gives him a warning, whatever plan he has, he must not kill Naruto, if he does, he will regret it. This is the twist of the day. For the first time, the Kyuubi shows some caring towards his jinchuriki. He has seen him grow up and ask for his power each step of the way, like he said before. And in time, the Fox started to care for him, after all, as he will admit several episodes later, he prefers his company rather than Madara or an Uchiha. Naruto has granted freedom to the Fox sometimes, he's usually a kind person, and the Kyuubi sees that. If he's a creature that attacked the village, he wasn't in control (an Uchiha forced him), in any case, he acts like an animal who defends himself.

Then, Sasuke leaves Naruto's mind, and is attacked by Yamato, who frees himself from the sword with wood. He escapes the wood dome and stares at the team from the high ground. Here the only part I didn't get is how Yamato recovered. Anyway, after all these events, Naruto should have learned who is the real enemy.
