I did enjoy this, it's fair to say that the focus is perhaps more on family dynamics than on the case, nobody seems particularly happy at the moment. I'm still unclear as to who was responsible for Med, I'm sure it will be a cracking finale.
This could have ventured into the realms of Soap Opera, or melodrama, but the production was that good, the acting so strong, that it never feels anything other than a quality drama. We needed a bit more case content.
The excellence of James Cosmo is plain to see, we get more of Bill.
