Flesh Eaters from outer space come to earth to reproduce in Bayonne, New Jersey. Riggs (Greg Scott) is apparently the only person on the planet who can hunt this creature and save the world. He is armed with a pen tracker and a miniature thermonuclear device about the size of a Rubik's Cube. The second feature is a sequel to the first one and includes the people who died or should have died in the first film, including the psychic (Kathy Monks).
The film has terrible acting, horrible dialogue, impossible ridiculous plot and great 80's hairdos and Jersey accents. The film introduces characters only to kill them off. It includes gratuitous nudity, a rape scene, and a male organ slip keep in the Troma version.
Oh yes, it also has the worse director's commentary where he talks about everything but the scene. They even did their credits backwards with the actors names on the right side of the screen.
