Hello, I have been a follower of this fantastic channel which became fictional where I got to know him thanks to the video on Italy-Uruguay about Suarez and Chiellini's bite (being Italian I got to know him in the recommended YouTube Italia videos). When I knew him before his channel between inspiration from South Park and his British references made a very nice, enjoyable and entertaining channel (for example videos about PL, El Clasico, UCL, The Christmas Calendar and Wacky Races). But between 2019 and now the channel has become (not rubbish because some recent ones are ok) very mediocre, meaningless, confusing, recycled ideas (like its songs) and less entertaining. Why has the channel had a big decline on humour and characters? Well, the humour is without ideas and passion compared to before, Like for example it is obsessed with Man City predictions (My Money is On Man City) which hasn't been funny for 5 years and every prediction or rumour of footballers in the market is always centred on man city which doesn't even make me laugh. There is no more fun or mockery about teams, footballers and coaches it seems more based much on a childish humour despite also having a smaller audience you see, and not even interesting formats and reproposes every year Frontman which is saved only the first season, the characters are either mean and even recycled as faces (for example Gasperini in the video of Atalanta-Liverpool 0-5 has a face very similar to Setien, former Barcelona coach) or flanderized (example of Klopp, Guardiola, Mourinho, CR7, Messi, Neymar, Kane, Mbappe and even Ibrahimovic) where you don't know which characters you keep or support, take for example Guardiola, Klopp, Messi and Ronaldo.
Guardiola has gone from smart and likeable to a crazy, jealous, sarcastic, annoying, money-obsessed, whiny person who in my opinion is the worst and hasn't made me laugh since 2019, doesn't act like he does in real life and looks like a mixture of Sergio Ramos (442oons Edition), Eric Cartman and Plankton put together. Klopp has gone from a nice and funny person to a crazy, jealous and annoying person like pep where he cries every time if revenge happens or if Pep makes fun of him, who even, to me looks like Peter Griffin from 442oons even though my comparison wouldn't make much sense. Messi and Ronaldo used to be nice people and rivals friends enemies and now more enemies and every time they even make fun of Messi's height, let's say they look like kindergarten kids than characters, eh? And these don't work in the videos for viewers like me, they don't know how to cheer each other on and they get even more confused.
Take for example 442oons rival animated series "The Champions" at least the characters are well adjusted and less mean-spirited, especially the rivalries between Guardiola-Klopp and Messi-Ronaldo are handled with excellent character sympathy and their fantasy is also very good (look at the last seasons and episodes). Then also the fan community are toxic or mean that they get hurt if you criticise them and say your opinion on their favourite channel as happened in the comments about the nostalgic Golden Age. Shame that before The Champions was one of the best channels on animated football but when you run out of ideas it doesn't shine like the old days, it may as well change format if it has no more ideas as I also asked SML and SMG4 who being channels existing since around 2011/2012 have run out of ideas recycling the usual ones or relying on "Toilet Humor" like Dean himself. Truly a shame to see a channel reduced like this.
