This is a truly unusual short film about a man from New Zealand and a lady from Australia who have been corresponding over the internet for two years--and they have never actually met. Out of the blue, the lady wins a contest and the man of her dreams is flown to her. However, not surprisingly, both find that the other "isn't quite what I expected"--a line heard often throughout this film. While this is very understandable, what is odd is that the entire film is done through music--as it's a musical story of their lives--from the time they met until they married and had a baby. It's all very cute and creative and comes off very well, but be forewarned--although it's a romantic film, it's also incredibly cynical and may turn off those wanting a "happily ever after" sort of film. Also, this is a decidedly PG-13 film--not one for the little ones to be watching.
