Arthur, The World's Greatest Gleeper- My favorite character on this show has always been Binky. Yeah, he can sometimes be a bully. But I much prefer him when he's not trying to be a bully. This episode marked the beginning of the Tough Customer's story arch. To mean the Tough Customer's go through a great transformation, from being bullies, to no longer being bullies. But in these early episodes the bullying aspect was written like it was something for kids to accept and tolerate while in school. The teachers should have not believed the rumors of Arthur being a thief, and should have done a better job at punishing that one tough customer for threatening Arthur in the hallway by lifting him up by the neck collar. What is the lesson of this episode?, it's confusing and makes no sense, and I really wanted Rattles to get detention for sitting on Arthur and dibbling a ball on his head.
