The second season was pretty good up until the end. The artist was and had great technique but when it came time to paint Alan Cummings he started to act like a star struck teenager. When he wanted to paint Mr. Cummings in the Nude it just devolved into a gagging episode where two gay men acted like fools. The final pose was ridiculous and nowhere lived up to the previous painting or even the sketches he had made. When he went above and beyond to present Alan with an extra painting it took everything I had not to lose my lunch. It was so stupid.
No to the Judges. They couldn't be more pretentious in their reviews and they lose all credibility when they don't call out crappy painting when they are obvious. The show is entertaining, but I just wish they would be 100% honest.
