Too short to really say much, but hey, it doesn't overstay its welcome

This is a speedy special feature going over a number of different aspects of the behind the scenes work on the Disney animated feature-length musical, Hercules, and more or less sparing a tiny amount of time on each aspect. As such, it never really gets boring, and with its length, it doesn't manage to become tiring, either. It's nine and a half minutes, in total, and it even ends with a series of goofy clips(lending even less time for information). That actually somehow seemed the slowest portion of the entire thing, and went on for far too long(even though it's less than a minute), for my tastes(and I'm usually not averse to montages). They cover 3D, regular animation, music, actors, the process and more. There are brief clips of interviews, mostly with crew and/or writer/directors, few actors. Clips of the film are inter-cut here and there. The pacing varies... it's not always fast; there are times where it's frenetic, instead. The detail about Scarfe is actually interesting, and it isn't the only thing that fits that description. So if you're interested in knowing more about the movie and how it was made, sure, give this a whirl. Heck, you'll barely know that time passed, at all... at least until that end part. I recommend this to anyone wanting a glimpse into the production of the piece of celluloid in question. And hey, it has a clip or two that wasn't in the finished release. 7/10
