Another group of campers have left camp and while the men clean camp Wivenhoe returns with a new car. He bought it from golf buddy Mayor Harvey Apperson for "cost plus". Harvey's neice, Mahala May, cautions Wivenhoe that her uncle is not trustworthy in deals. The girls' camp invites the men over where they trick them into building a new cottage for them. The men seem knowledgable in reading the blueprints, but struggle mightily with the actual building. One can only imagine what will be revealed at the dedication ceremony.
