- Cameron and Chase break into House's apartment. Cameron says she'll search the living room while Chase looks at the bedroom, which is down the hall. He asks if she's been in the apartment before. Then he says "Come with?" And she says "You're worried about him finding us breaking into his home but not worried about him finding us doing it in his bedroom?" Chase says, "Well if I'm going to get fired anyway..." Cameron and House kiss passionately. She tries to stab him with a needle to get a little blood from him. He says "if you want a sperm sample, come back without the needle." House asks a patient whether he likes "scoring girls left and right." He says he doesn't like girls, so House says, "Or boys. Whatever gets you off." House visits Cuddy in the middle of the night and says "The phone would've woken you up just as much, and I can't see what you're wearing over the phone." Cuddy is wearing a night gown that has a very low neckline. Cuddy gives House a hug and he puts his hand on her rear.

- Doctors drill several holes into a man's skull. Blood and tissue are shown. The right hemisphere of a man's brain is cut in pieces and removed. There is blood and a lot of brain tissue. His skull is, obviously, open as well.

- House asks a patient, "What the h*** were you before you hit your head?" The patient says "H*** is a bad word." House says "So's a** and b**** and I could probably rattle off fifty more complicated and disgusting ones, but then your dad would get p***** at me." Foreman tells House "You're an arrogant a** who makes it impossible for anyone to like him." While House is hugging Cuddy, he says "One small feel for man, one giant a** for mankind."

- A man's fingers become weirdly contorted after he begins making mistakes playing piano: his mid-finger joints start to bend back more than is normal. Chase sticks an instrument down a man's throat, and the man begins to choke a little. A man begins convulsing in his hospital bed.
