. . . "Bullwinkle's Corner." It usually involves Bullwinkle J. Moose reading a brief selection of World Heritage Poetry from the giants of Western Civilization. So, during Episode 2 of Season 1, the planet's favorite antlered star begins to recite LITTLE MISS M by literary icon Mother Goose. Tragically, for at least the past decade, the illiterate bots in charge of this site do NOT allow the title of this seminal work to be spelled out. Rhyming with "tough it," there is absolutely no rational reason to redact this heading. However, try telling that to a know-nothing bot. Just see how far YOU get.

. . . basic principles of hypnosis. Hypnotists seldom if ever are able to convey subjects into a deep trance with the virtually instantaneous result Boris inflicts upon Bullwinkle. Furthermore, such a fit of mesmerizing is unlikely to prompt a victim to blabber endlessly for ten or twelve hours, as depicted here. Other quibblers are bound to take issue with the likelihood of human-sized aliens inhabiting Earth's lunar companion. Such critics might point out some of the loose ends never tied up during this story, such as the location of the moon men's rocket ship construction factory. If it's located in a neighboring galaxy, that may be seen to disqualify Cling and Clang as true moon men. However, how could our inert, dusty satellite support a space craft manufacturing complex? Despite such potential conundrums, this Bullwinkle saga continues to be very provocative.

A Career as a Hat Rack
Hitchcoc3 November 2014
This continues the episode where Bullwinkle bakes a cake which turns out to be a recipe for rocket fuel. Of course, Boris and Natasha want to get their hands on it. Meanwhile, a pair of Moon men come on the scene. They are determined to keep tourists off the Moon and feel the need to eliminate the boys. There is clever dialogue about congressmen and the usual byplay. At one point, Bullwinkle is hypnotized, and asked the question, "What do you know." Funniest is that at one point in his life he worked as a hat rack. The "Fractured Fairy Tale" this time is "Puss in Boots" who makes his idiot master into a nobleman. Peabody and Sherman visit Napoleon and rescue his suspenders. Think about it. We conclude with yet another encounter with the Moon men and more baking of incredible cakes that don't explode.

. . . material for the Shrek franchise. However, this often haphazard, poorly curated site gets the title of this piece totally wrong. It is not "Puss and Boots, Puss 'N Boots or Puss an' Boots." As discussed by the feline title character and his human benefit collector during the film itself, and as spelled out on the opening title card, the heading is properly spelled out as PUSS IN BOOTS. Furthermore, the green ogre depicted here is a bane to mankind, not some sort of benign ally. He also is not a vagrant roaming the woods with a talking donkey. He lords it over the local populace, living high on the hog in his mountaintop castle off the fruits of their labors until Boots tricks him into turning himself into a fly, then swatting the iniquitous ogre dead as a cluster fly.
