A woman turns up at the front of Sun Hill badly injured, but desk Sergeant Dave Quinnan is nowhere to be found.
I wondered how long it would be before June is made to work hard to justify those stripes, the answer one episode, she's forced to put duty above friendship, the most level headed copper at Sun Hill.
It's a very interesting story, even if it was maybe contrived a little bit to throw June into a difficult situation, it's good though. Dave has been so different in recent times, I'm not sure I bought his incompetence here.
Good to see a young Rosie Cavaliero here, he acting style really doesn't seem to change, subtle but convincing.
7/10.
