Joe is trying to surprise Clara with an anniversary present by having some of the house redecorated. Joe wants Clara out of the house so he can have the house redecorated over the weekend. Ozzie schemes that they can pretend Joe is leaving the house to go fishing with him. This way Clara will go and visit her mother.
