Comforting and acceptable

Warning: Spoilers
Taking pictures as they come we have found that human quality in the story will cover a multitude of sins. Here is a case where an offering gets by as good entertainment on its unpretentious likeableness so that, although it doesn't convince strongly and is not dramatic, still it's a good offering, comforting and acceptable. There is little doubt that it would have been even better in one reel instead of two. Wallace C. Clifton is the author and it was produced by N. MacGregor. - The Moving Picture World, January 10, 1914
