Episode 101 doesn't see a great deal developing. The 'pen gate' saga continues, with Victoria subjected to numerous questions and Roger continuing to act shady; that's about all that occurs here.

David's reply to Roger's comment on his drawing of a hangmam's gallows? "That's too bad."
This little scene between Roger and David shows that while they may not have the most cordial relationship, there is an amusement on occasion between the two. Of course, David is soon seeing eavesdropping on a conversation between Carolyn and Victoria, overhearing more information regarding the pen that has by this point obviously run out of ink! A funny moment has Carolyn continuing the conversation with Victoria as she sneaks out, suspecting David of standing there. It's a piece of light comedy that works very successfully.
Maggie appears briefly in this episode, visiting Victoria and encountering Carolyn when she confronts David. Victoria warns Maggie not to get too caught up in the investigation of bills desk because it could put her in danger too, something Victoria feels that she is in. Roger happens to overhear the conversation which sets up more suspicion. It's a little intense but not memorable outside of the encounters between various Collins family members.
