This is my personal favorite episode of the show, takes a departure from the main storyline to present something that gives us more context in the world without feeling too confusing or out of place, but at the same time it presents weird elements like slap stick comedy and a Walt Disney parody that in the end makes sense and presents a disturbing and depressing reality from this world, along with emotional moments that make Pino a better character.

'Eternal Smile' is a bit of an interlude, only loosely connected to the previous episode(s). It's not quite as terrible as the supremely weird Jeopardy episode but nevertheless adds little to the overall story.
I personally found the Disney-like sounds and visuals grating, the plot annoying, and the 'Big Reveal' at the end underwhelming. This is an episode one can safely skip, just like that Jeopardy thing.
