Inspector Monroe hits the roof when an off duty Ted Roach arrests a man behaving in a drink and disorderly fashion, but refuses to go to The Station as arresting officer.
It's very much a game of cat and mouse, it's almost a frustrating watch, as all it does is highlight how much of an unbearable fusspot Monroe is, obsessed, perhaps rightly so with rules and regulations, he's more a man of today, Roach is a dinosaur.
All you can say, is that it must have been a quiet night on The Streets of Sun Hill that night, this seemed to go a little over the top.
Monroe, you have to laugh, the Dracula reference was funny.
It's another very unique episode, 8/10.
