Histoire
Le saviez-vous
- AnecdotesLarry David and his entertainment lawyer had a bet over a friendly game of golf. David's victory allowed him to use his lawyer's name in an episode of Seinfeld. That's how Lloyd Braun (played by Peter Keleghan) became a character in this episode.
- GaffesEven if the yogurt were fat-free, it's high in calories and sugar, so consumers would still gain weight.
- Versions alternativesTwo versions of the final scene were filmed as the episode was to air days after the 1993 New York City mayoral election. One scene was filmed stating that David Dinkins had won and another stating Rudy Giuliani as the winner. When Giuliani was officially announced the winner, he filmed the scene the next morning, which was then edited into the episode roughly one day before broadcast. Dinkins had already declined to appear so if he had won the election, a scene with Phil Morris as Dinkins' press secretary would have been shown. Morris would later play the recurring character of Jackie Chiles.

Commentaire à la une
Seinfeld at its best
This is my favorite episode of Seinfeld. It's hard to put my finger on why. Perhaps I like the Newman episodes. He's a quirky dude and I love how excited he becomes by the "non-fat" yoghurt with hysterical laughter
Perhaps I was also impressed that they got Rudy Giuliani into this episode. And poor George and his layering of lies with the arm spasms. It's hilarious how he perseveres with the lie until it becomes a truth.
Then there's Jerry swearing at the kid. What continues to impress me is how all the Seinfeld subplots come together so wonderfully. Start on this one if you are new to Seinfeld!
