When Kimberly is kidnapped, Jimmy must confront a man, a former partner, whom he sent to jail for beating suspect to death. He want Jimmy to get away from strict police protocol and confront things as he keeps the girl in an underground shelter. This is a strictly, well done police drama with the Broks at the center of things.
