Dick decides unilaterally to invite over sixty people for Thanksgiving dinner. Of course, it never occurs to him that he is of no use. The Thanksgiving parade is rained out and everyone heads for the Inn. Of course, something happens to make things even worse.

George is selected to be director for the town's Thanksgiving parade and Dick offers dinner to the parade staff.
This is an amusing episode as the parade gets rained out and Joanna is cooking dinner for over 60 people. There is a great final joke with a guest cameo by Iron Eyes Cody.
