A fun but dated episode ridiculously has young 20 something Jerry doing a Jimmy Durante impression just for fun and making his mark which could bring him success as a performer. But he comes down with the flu just before he's supposed to go on so guess who takes over. And guess who's in the audience. Yep, the one and only Jimmy Durante whom Jerry was imitating very well. No explanation of why Durante is in the audience, and of course, the audience reaction is hysterical, but Jerry doing Durante makes him seem rather uncool as far as young characters of the '60s go even though Durante was still popular with all ages. I'm sure Durante was considered cool enough to be that goofy old man kicking the bucket in a cameo in a big blockbuster movie, but it's more believable that the older characters would do that, while Jerry would continue his impersonation of Jerry Lewis, who most likely would not agree to the cameo that Durante makes here. Entertaining but forced, this succeeds more is a vauderville sketch, while as representation of a turmoiled decade doesn't ring true.

Eve and Kaye think Jerry should become a professional comedian.
A funny episode with Jerry doing a Jimmy Durante impression. Herb invites a client(played by comic character actor Herbie Faye), a nightclub owner to see Jerry's act and he hires him. When Jerry gets the flu, the Hubbards and the Buells all do a Jimmy Durante impression on stage and the real Durante shows up. The funniest scene has them all singing Inka Dinka Doo.
