Felt like watching a cartoon.

Chief Urulu makes his second appearance as the leader of the natives on the island where the base is located. As usual, Binghamton has ticked the Chief off just about the time the natives are needed to extend the airfield on the base. Binghamton needs the natives to get the airfield ready in just a few days.

McHale comes to talk with the Chief but he does not want to work for Binghamton. When Parker explains to the Chief that working by extending the airfield is not just working for Binghamton it is working so people can have democracy. When the Chief asks to explain democracy, the next thing we know is that the Chief has just formed a work union and has demands before the extension of the airfield can begin. Parker went overboard in explaining democracy.

There really is nothing wrong with the story but after watching it had more of a cartoon feel than a comedy sitcom. And when the natives conduct a presidential election, the entire thing had an awkward and bizarre feel to the entire situation. The acting in the show was top notch but it was the concept that just was not that impressive.
