Great episode

Linda Kelsey is great in this episode, and it all comes together nicely. I like how the subplot involving the friendship with the girl at the office where Billie is undercover weaves into the main story, and how all these relationships are in the balance. It's also interesting to see Billie enjoy working in the shipping office and to realize that the people are nice and should not really be demonized, even if what is happening has the potential to hurt many people. It's another very thought-provoking episode, and the dumping of toxic wastes into the water supply was probably going on for a long time before this episode was written and filmed. It was still going on years later when the real-life Erin Brockovich became a whistle blower.
