I love this episode because my friend Kelly was on the show in 1958 as a little girl. I am glad that it is possible to see these old programs. She had a still photo, but it is much better to watch the whole episode. As a senior citizen I find myself liking these old programs so much more than the current shows on TV. Maybe it is because I think back fondly of my own childhood and the fun shows I watched then. Sky King, The Lone Ranger, Lassie, and I Love Lucy. It was easier then to suspend my disbelief and get totally involved in a story. Now I am often embarrassed by the antics on the reality shows and wish that people would have a little more dignity and not post their most intimate thoughts and actions for everyone in the world to see.
