Third TV appearance for Farrah Fawcett
kevinolzak22 October 2016
"See You in C-U-B-A" was another episode intended to drag out the series until the wedding in November 1969, marking only the third TV appearance for Texas beauty queen Farrah Fawcett, who repeats the role in "My Sister, the Home Wrecker." Tony is all set to go up in a military plane bound for Puerto Rico when Jeannie inexplicably blinks him home because she can't decide what to serve for their luncheon that afternoon. By the time she blinks him back on the plane it lands in Havana, and Major Nelson finds himself a prisoner of Jose (Pedro Gonzales Gonzales). Roger now has to tear himself away from his latest girlfriend and tennis partner Tina (Farrah) to tell Jeannie to get her master back. Once again, Amanda Bellows is nearby when Jeannie works her magic, and insists to the exasperated sporting goods clerk (Howard Morton) that his mannikins are real people. This episode requires Jeannie to be dumber than ever as one bad decision after another leads to more and more chaos. It seems that all the characters had to be dumbed down this last season.
