I don't know if Happy Days jumped the shark here, before he literally jumped the shark around a year later, with the Fonz planning to marry Pinky, but really we knew deep down it wasn't going to happen because the Fonz would no longer be the Fonz, it would be game over once the vows were exchanged init. Anyway, I didn't know that Roz Kelly wasn't invited to return to Happy Days because there was apparent discord between her, the rest of the cast and the producers. But her character, Pinky Tuscadero, was mentioned a couple of times afterwards, and her on-screen sister, Leather Tuscadero (played by rock legend Suzy Quatro) makes seven appearances later on.

The Pinky Finale

Fonzie proposes to Pinky.
A dull Part 3 episode. The end of the demolition derby is lame. Pinky goes to the hospital and Fonzie pops the question, some juvenile humor with a nun. The episode ends with Fonzie breaking the engagement and Pinky riding off in an attempt for some failed pathos. This is the last time we see Pinky, the ratings were still high for several more seasons so she was not missed.

Good bye Pinky

This whole Pinky thing was a terrible start to the fourth season. Richy was boring. The Fonz was not cool. I don't know if they had new writers but it sounded like they were talking to little kids. They didn't even have much Joanie. I'm glad they didn't bring Pinky back. I was not a fan.
