He's Frick n' Frugal.

Miles is concerned about being completely healthy on a fixed income so he becomes very uptight about his finances. This causes Rose to agree to go out on a double date with Blanche that Miles happens to walk in on at a fancy restaurant (where he buys old Danish for dates with Rose), causing tension. When he does order food, it's at the early bird specials and he even grabs extra for his lunch the next day, keeping fake Cajun drumsticks in his pockets. The ridiculousness of this isn't anything compared to the Blanche / Sophia story that has her looking after Sophia when Dorothy goes away on a cruise. Like an earlier episode in the season, Bea Arthur is only on at the beginning and the end, and there are two sequences going from Italy to Sicily, one with Sophia, out to find her ex-husband Guido, and the other with Blanche out to find her. Veteran character actor Phil Leeds (who has appeared on almost every sitcom ever made) plays Guido and even with only one line of dialogue is a complete scene stealer. I like how Sophia becomes like a bratty child the moment Dorothy leaves, and her line to Blanche as she closes the door is extremely funny. While the situations of the seventh season show that the writers were running out of believable ideas, the individual characterizations and dialogue remained funny even if, like the stories here, the plotlines are not very strong.

Warning: Spoilers
Rose is having problems with Miles who is becoming more and more tight with money. Blanche takes her on a double date to an expensive restaurant. There Miles meets her. He is sad and takes her out on an expensive date after and she finds out why he is worried about money. And while Dorothy is on a romantic cruise Sophia goes to Sicily to make peace with her arranged husband.

I liked the episode. Nice to see the issue of the guy not being rich come up. The show is not egalitarian enough yet but at least they suggest Rose will pay sometimes.

And Sophia's story is awesome, as well as the ending.
