Warning: Spoilers
Max is trying to find a best man for his wedding, but everyone he asks is being killed as soon as he asks them! In desperation, the Chief orders Max to choose the indestructible Hymie as his best man and to have the bachelor party in the CONTROL banquet hall, where he will personally help select the food and the music (Larabee conducts the orchestra). Hymie himself finds the movies for the bachelor party but comes up with titles like "Kayakking on the Colorado River" and "Dykes and Bridges of Holland". Finally Max and 99 discover KAOS plan to kill all the Washington CONTROL agents at once by planting a bomb in Hymie and having it go off at the party.

Unfortunately, this entire show comes off as a bit sloppy and uninspired. For one thing, who are these people Max keeps asking to be his best man? It would have been nice to see Dave Ketchem return in a cameo as Agent 13 or at least find out Larabee or Harry Hoo were unavailable (a cameo with Max asking Robert Vaughn or some other "name" spy would have been great too). At one point Max does at least ask agent 38 (Karen Arthur) who is basically Charlie Watkins with a new name--a guy disguised as a hot girl, but then later in some sloppy writing the script "forgets" Agent 38 is not available to be best man and the Chief and Max discuss the possibility of 38 providing the entertainment at the party.

There are some good gags with Avery Schriver inside an ice cream truck and the way the Chief scolds the CONTROL agents for trying to run out when they think Hymie is about to blow up, but overall this one is just uninspired and disappointing.
