Old friends drop in.

Warning: Spoilers
As a homage to her year long stint as one of the bikini beauties with the painted bodies on "Laugh In", Teresa Graves welcomes former cast members from the show, Arte Johnson (guest villain), Henry Gibson (sans flowery poems), Joanne Worley (and no chicken jokes) and Gary Owens, without the friendly drelb. Johnson is a disillusioned pacifist who is furious with society and desires to destroy it, so Graves has a serious crisis on her hands.

There's no laughing matter for this episode where funny performers go serious, and even though the temptation is to laugh, that's overshadow by the mood. Only when Owens appeared did I giggle a bit, but as an announcer, he's got tongue in cheek in the first place. Johnson plays his saboteur character with complete seriousness, and both Gibson and Worley underplay as possible witnesses. Graves is often so close that she could be tagged as it, and what could have been a one note joke end up quite intriguing.
