Sex & Nudity

  • There is no nudity in this episode.
  • One male character develops a crush on another male character. Nothing vaguely explicit is shown but he does put his arm around him and kisses him. Later the second man becomes quite agitated because he tried to kiss him again, off camera. When the hotel owner discovers the first man is Greek he advises that "they invented it" (meaning homosexuality).
  • One man later kisses a female as a reward for a brilliant idea. He then attempts to kiss a man but realises and stops himself.

Violence & Gore

  • A man smacks another man in the forehead in punishment for an error he has made. He later hits him over the head with a spoon. Later he hits him in the head again.
  • A man hints that he should poke an obnoxious child in the eye. He then "accidentally" strikes the child in the head with his elbow. He later begins to strike a female staff member with his elbow but she quickly withdraws before he goes through with it.
  • One man puts his hand in another man's face and pushes him across the room. The men scuffle. One later grabs the other around the throat with both hands and tries to throttle him.
  • A man bangs his own head violently against the desk.
  • He is later hit in the head by a swinging door.
  • A man takes a tree branch and smashes his car bonnet with it.
  • A man suggests that his wife could help a chaotic situation by killing herself.
  • A man throws a cooked duck at another man.

Profanity

  • One use of "bastard". One of "damn".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A woman celebrates selling a sketch she has drawn by offering glasses of wine to her colleagues.
  • A man suggests that his wife should have "another vat of wine."
  • Patrons drink alcohol with their meals. Others drink sherry in the bar area before their meal.
  • One character advises that he likes wine "too much" but not when he is working. His mentor warns him to be careful. However he later becomes inebriated, is seen drinking from an open bottle of wine, and shows very obvious side effects, including passing out. He is seen unconscious with his face in a bucket, suggesting that he has been vomiting. He later vomits on a plate of food but the camera cuts out just in time.
  • A man asks his staff member whether she has been drinking, as a possible explanation for some erratic behaviour.
  • A waiter seems too keen to refill a man's wine glass as soon as he takes it away from his mouth.
  • A lady is seen smoking a cigarette.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • One of the characters, as always, becomes increasingly manic as things go wrong around him. He yells, rants, goes red in the face, feigns a fainting spell. These are more comic than frightening.
